SCOTT BRANCH, PRINCIPAL

As an architect, Scott Branch’s philosophy is simple: “The most important part of a project is the client. Projects come and go, but a relationship is forever.”  Mr. Branch has been passionate about the architectural process which for him began in 1987. Since then he’s successfully navigated through all phases of architecture from design to construction administration in both residential and commercial projects.

In 1996 he received a Golden Nugget Merit Award from the Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference for the design of a custom home in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Mr. Branch also employs the use of technology and utilizes the computer not only as a means to communicate ideas to clients but to effectively coordinate the construction process from conception to completion.

His partnership with Tracy Burnell in 2006 was the culmination of more than 15 years of professional association.

He has been a member of the American Institute of Architects, and locally sits on the Design Review Board for the City of Goleta, California.
